RN, has many years of yoga practice in both the Kripalu and Kali Ray Tri Yoga styles, and is a certified teacher at the 200 hour level in both Kripalu and Pranakriya Yoga©. She was a resident of Kripalu Ashram for three and a half years and is currently working towards her 500 hr certification in Pranakriya Yoga. She manages the desk and teaches Gentle stretch and Meditative Posture classes at Radiant Well-being Yoga Center. |

Charlene Tindall's yoga journey began in high school when she discovered Bikram Yoga.
She has since traveled the globe studying a wide variety of yoga styles. A workshop with Yoganand Michael Carroll inspired
her to take the Pranakriya teacher training and become an instructor at Radiant Well-being Yoga Center. Charlene is registered
with the Yoga Alliance as a Pranakriya 200 hour level yoga teacher and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapist (
IAYT). She is certified in prenatal yoga and is presently working on her 500 hour certification. Charlene's classes are both playful and meditative.

Danna Gay is a Registered Nurse with 20 years experience in exercise. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Spinning Instructor. With 6 years of yoga practice and training Danna is certified in Kripalu Yoga at the 200-hour level and Pranakriya Yoga at the 500-hour level. She is registered with the National Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). Danna loves sharing her passion for yoga and exercise with others. She is currently training to become a Pranakriya program director.

Daphne Skipper is a certified Pranakriya and prenatal yoga teacher, who relies on her yoga practice to access reserves of energy and patience during the daily joys and challenges of raising two small children. During her pregnancies, yoga gave Daphne greater comfort within her changing body, as well as an opportunity for her (and her baby) to completely de-stress. Daphne is excited to offer the benefits of yoga to expectant mothers in her prenatal yoga classes.

Eleanor Grigg Baird has been in the Health and Fitness Field for the past 24 years. Her focus in the past 12 years has been in Natural Nutrition, Yoga and Personal Program Design. She has been certified with The Kenneth Cooper Of Aerobics as a Physical Fitness Specialist since 1988 and run her own Fitness & Wellness business NaturElle's. She has her B.S. in Natural Nutrition, is a registered Yoga Teacher at the 200hr level with The Yoga Alliance, is a registered Yoga Therapist and CPR certified. After several years of influence by different yoga traditions she was overly impressed by the attention to detail and alignment that PranaKriya Yoga offered. She was certified in PranaKriya in 2007. Eleanor is currently working toward her 500hr level certification with a Yoga Therapy focus. Eleanor enjoys working with people of all ages and is available for Private Yoga Sessions and Wellness Consults at Radiant Wellbeing.

James O'Leary is a registered yoga therapist (International Association of Yoga Therapists -IAYT) and Yoga Alliance ERYT-500 registered yoga teacher. He is a dedicated yoga practitioner and Pranakriya teacher at the 500-hour level. Jim's longing and aspiration for yoga's deeper benefits led him to the Kripalu Center where he trained under Yoganand Michael Carroll and received his yoga teacher certification becoming part of the teaching staff at Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. Jim currently teaches classes at Radiant Well-being Yoga Center and directs the Advanced Asana courses in the Pranakriya 500 Professional Level Teacher Training program.

Joel Peters (
RYT-500, IAYT) has practiced depth yoga for many years and is a Pranakriya 500 hour Professional Level Yoga Teacher. He has his basic teacher certification in both Pranakriya & Kripalu yoga and is also a certified Kripalu YogaDance teacher. Joel's interest in yoga started in the late 1970's while living in a Taoist monastery in the Rock Mountains. Joel has had several full careers from computer science, to health realization consultant and seminar presenter. He was a member of several theater companies as a performing artist in drama and dance. Joel is an avid mountain and road cyclist who has cycled remote off-road areas of the US, Africa, and Europe. Joel's aspirations for the deeper aspects of yoga lead him to study Pranakriya yoga and to train under Yoganand Michael Carroll. Joel teaches to share the benefits and his love of yoga.

Nancy Ferguson was first introduced to yoga in the late 1990's in a continuing education class at Augusta State University. After many years of yoga practice and training, she was certified in Kripalu and Pranakriya yoga at the 200-hour level in August 2006 and is currently working towards her 500-hour certification in Pranakriya Yoga. She is registered with the National Yoga Alliance and is certified in CPR/First Aid. With a BA in Communications and years of volunteer work in the community, Nancy enjoys sharing her love for yoga with others in her classes. She invites her students to focus on the moment and open their hearts to all that is possible.

Sharon Danio has practiced depth yoga for over 7 years and is a dual certified teacher in both Pranakriya & Kripalu yoga at the 200-hour level. She is currently working on her 500-hour certification in Pranakriya Yoga. Sharon was a health & fitness instructor for several years and also an avid runner. Yoga has been life changing for Sharon and she enjoys sharing the gift of yoga through her teaching.

Yoganand
Michael Carroll has been recognized as a Master-Level teacher in the Kripalu Yoga tradition. Through many years of intensive study and practice of the Kripalu approach to yoga, Yoganand has gained a profound ability to distil and interpret esoteric yoga texts and techniques. After studying with Kripalu Yoga masters in India and America, Yoganand taught at Kripalu Center for more than 15 years before founding Radiant Well-being Yoga Center in North Augusta, South Carolina, where he leads Pranakriya Yoga 200 hour Basic and 500 Hour professional Level Yoga Teacher Training and a variety of other programs. Yoganand is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT500 level teacher and is a registered yoga therapist (International Association of Yoga Therapists -IAYT). |
