Series Classes & Workshops at Radiant Well-being

Series classes allow you to dive deeply into an aspect of yoga or a related modality. With your skilled teacher and a small group of students come together to learn, to experience, to uncover the richness that inner exploration can add to your life. There is the possibility that your life will never be the same.

Walking and Yoga with Carole Cline - Pre-walk stretching together followed by walking at the nearby North Augusta Greenway. We will utilize yoga alignment, breathing, and awareness.

Prenatal Yoga Classes - Daphne Skipper, a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, will guide you safely through gentle exercises to help you stay fit and strengthen your muscles for birth. You will learn and practice: yoga postures to ease low back pain and other common pregnancy discomforts, breathing exercises helpful for relaxation during pregnancy and labor, and meditations to reduce stress and help you connect with your baby. No previous yoga experience necessary.  Drop-ins are welcome to this on-going series class.

Sitting Meditation with Carole Cline - Based on the principles of mindfulness, we will explore focusing on the breath, cultivating body awareness and applied appreciation. Our time will include gentle stretching, deep relaxation, and sitting meditation.

Beyond Begin Yoga Mini Series with Carole Cline - Make the basics of yoga your own. Includes stretching and strengthening of the key areas of the body to get more satisfaction and benefit out of your practice. Some yoga experience required. This class is not for brand new beginner.

Begin Yoga: An 7-Week Introductory Series for Beginner Students - This series is designed to give new students a thorough understanding of basic yoga. Your teacher will guide you through an exploration of the beginning yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques that you may encounter in beginner yoga classes. Learn to participate fully and safely. This series includes 7 instructional classes plus 2 free classes from our Drop-in schedule. The free classes are to help you transition to regular classes at the end of the series. This is a wonderful gift for a friend who could benefit from yoga and who has no previous experience.

(Gentle yoga and Journaling) - Bring a journal , a pen and a yoga mat and explore the wonder of a spontaneous Journal Writing Practice with music (For your eyes only) . Release creativity, open intuition, nurture your personal growth and intention.

Introduction to Athletic Yoga - This 8-week series is designed for students new to yoga who are attracted to athletic yoga and want to practice it safely. Each week you will learn about one aspect of athletic yoga such as how to protect your shoulders or low back, or how to make a class easier or more challenging than what the teacher is leading. Then you will be guided through an athletic yoga posture flow and breathing exercises that illustrate what you have learned and allow you to practice. You can feel comfortable taking athletic yoga classes anywhere!

Wind Down Yoga - This is an energetic yoga flow for all levels.
Wind down your week and get ready for the weekend with a yoga workout flow designed to remove tensions, energize, and finally relax...into your weekend!

Cost: Use your 4, 8, or monthly class membership or drop in for $14. (First time students may purchase 3 class introductory package for $15.)


Hot Yoga - There are many reasons to practice yoga in a heated room. The heat softens muscles so that you can stretch farther without injury. Your heart has to work harder to keep you cool while you do the postures, so there is an increase in cardiovascular work. You sweat more doing the postures in the heated room which purifies your skin. It is like a facial for your whole body.

Come experience our Yoga Workout lead by a thoroughly trained teacher in a room heated to 90-95°F.

  • This is an intermediate to advanced level class.
  • For sanitation reasons please bring your own mat for hot yoga. Consider bringing a towel and water bottle also.
  • Wear clothing that does not become too loose or heavy when wet with perspiration.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after class to avoid dehydration. It is best not to eat two hours before the class.
  • Hot yoga is not appropriate for pregnant women.
