Begin At the Beginning The eight week series will introduce participants to common yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as some yogic philosophy, in a safe and supportive environment. Hot Yoga - There are many reasons to practice yoga in a heated room. The heat softens muscles so that you can stretch farther without injury. Your heart has to work harder to keep you cool while you do the postures, so there is an increase in cardiovascular work. You sweat more doing the postures in the heated room which purifies your skin. It is like a facial for your whole body. Come experience our Yoga Workout lead by a thoroughly trained teacher in a room heated to 90-95°F.
Next Session: Ongoing Cost: Introductory package—first 3 classes for students new to hot yoga-$30.00 Thai Yoga Therapy: Working with the Sen Lines - (Sen Lines are energy channels that run between muscles in the Thai anatomy.)
