Yoga Therapy / Private Instruction at Radiant Well-being Yoga Center

 

We have the most highly skilled yoga teachers in the area. Many are registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and have training and certifications in a variety of healing modalities. All have at least one 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification and are working for or have completed Pranakriya Yoga 500 hour Professional Level Certification.


The price for private sessions is $60/hour. Share a private session with a friend or two for $30 each.

Carole Cline- Carole draws on her extensive background in therapeutic massage and restorative yoga to help you heal after stress, illness or injury. In a Comfortable Body Yoga session Carole uses restorative yoga, supported stretching, awareness based meditation, and deep relaxation tools to give your body the healing experience of comfort and support.

 
Danna Gay- Danna draws upon her knowledge of yoga, nursing, anatomy, and fitness to help you bring balance to your exercise routine. She can help you learn yoga postures for strengthening and stretching the body to promote healing of musculoskeletal injuries. Danna can provide the skills you need to progress systematically and safely into advanced yoga postures.

 
Daphne Skipper - Daphne Skipper is a certified Pranakriya and prenatal yoga teacher who loves to help expectant mothers reap the benefits of yoga. She is available for private prenatal yoga  classes to address specific needs. She will teach you how to modify postures to keep your practice safe throughout pregnancy. Partners are always invited to participate in private prenatal yoga classes.

 
Eleanor Grigg Baird - Eleanor enjoys working with people to develop yoga practices that are suitable for their needs. In designing individual programs she draws on her experience as a personal trainer and her degree in natural nutrition. She is available for individual and small group classes. She is happy to support you with weight loss and nutrition programs.

 
Jim O'Leary- Jim draws on his several decades of yoga practice to help you dive deep into your asanas, pranayamas and meditation. A sensitive and compassionate teacher he is an excellent coach with whom to explore and improve your body's structural integrity, strength, and flexibility.
