Radiant Well-being Yoga Center Classes

In addition to our 200 hour and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training programs Radiant Well-being Yoga Center offers a variety of classes to meet your needs and fit your schedule.

We recommend starting with Drop-in classes. They are taught at a variety of levels and are offered frequently through the week. Drop-in classes are available in several packages. The benefits of practicing yoga are greater with frequent practice. Consider the four-week unlimited package.

Many of our Registered Yoga Therapists and skilled teachers are available for private sessions. A therapy session or private class is an excellent way to deepen your understanding of specific postures and breathing exercises or to explore how yoga exercises may be adapted therapeutically to heal or strengthen your body.

Radiant Well-being Yoga Center frequently offers series class that are focused on a specific topic or designed for a specific group. Series meet once each week and typically last four to eight weeks. Students are required to register in advance for series classes.

Our Drop-in classes and fees are described below. Contact Radiant Well-being Yoga Center if you have questions or need more information.

Gentle Stretch class- Appropriate for beginning students, as well as folks recovering from illness or injuries. The class consists of flowing, non-strenuous yoga movements designed to gently stretch skeletal muscles and deeply relax the nervous system.

Extra Gentle Stretch - for anyone with body discomfort, injury, insomnia, over-activity or depletion. The class consists of simple restful postures done with supportive props to allow the body to passively release deep seated tensions. Calm and rejuvenate all body systems with deep relaxation. A very restful class that will leave your body feeling rejuvenated and open.

Meditative Posture class - Uses classical yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body. Postures are led in a slow meditative manner with longer holding to generate heat and encourage the body to release deep-seated tension.

Yoga Workout class - Recommended for experienced students who want a more athletic yoga experience. Classes consist of a variety of postures that strengthen and limber the body.

New to Yoga?

Anything new can feel awkward. If it is your first time, try the Gentle Stretch class or Meditative Posture class. Their pace is easy to follow and all moves are thoroughly guided. Let the teacher know that you are new and he or she will help you to feel comfortable during the class.

One Drop-in Class- $14.00

Four Week Unlimited Drop-in Classes- $75.00

* We offer this one time introductory package to encourage new students to explore our large variety of Drop-in classes. If your first class is too easy, too hard or just not quite right, try another. This offer applies to all our Drop-in classes. Your introductory classes are non-transferable and do not expire.

What to wear:
Please wear modest comfortable clothing that is appropriate for exercise. Clothing designed specifically for yoga is available at Radiant Well-being.

What to bring:
Please bring an exercise mat. Yoga mats are available in many stores or may be purchased at Radiant Well-being.
